Vertical Slices

We focus on delivering narrow vertical slices rather than traditional horizontal layers. Instead of building all the backend, then all the UI, then wiring it together later, we aim to ship a complete, functional version of a feature early even if it’s lightweight.

This approach allows us to: understand how different systems interact early on, test and validate real functionality in the hands of users, deliver value sooner and more often, and avoid long delays waiting for layers to “catch up.”

Vertical slicing helps us avoid the trap of spending weeks on infrastructure or internal logic without delivering anything usable. It gives us faster feedback and helps steer product decisions while there’s still time to adjust.
