Squads

Squads are short-lived, cross-functional, autonomous teams formed to deliver a specific Outcome.

Each Squad is made up of members drawn from relevant Chapters, based on the skills needed to solve a particular Outcome.

Squads are created at the start of a delivery cycle and disband once their goal is achieved.

It's important to note that not every member of a Chapter will be part of a Squad, only those whose expertise is needed for that particular Cycle and Outcome.
