Continuous Delivery

We aim to work in a way that supports continuous delivery, the ability to release small, meaningful changes regularly and safely.
This doesn’t mean we’re shipping something every day, but it does mean we’re always in a position to. We avoid big-bang releases or long periods without delivery. Instead, we break work into small pieces, validate them quickly, and ship when they’re ready.
Continuous delivery helps us; respond to feedback faster, reduce the risk of large, delayed changes, build trust by showing progress often.
This mindset supports everything else we do, it’s how we stay agile, adaptable, and focused on value rather than volume.
