Chapters

Chapters bring together people who share the same technical discipline. For example, in our company at the moment we have Data, Engineering, and Product.

They exist to promote alignment on best practices, consistent standards, and shared learning across the organisation.

While individuals may work on different Objectives or domains, Chapters ensure their craft is applied with quality and consistency.

They also provide a space for peer collaboration, technical development, and continuous improvement within each area of expertise.

Overtime we may have more chapters, or a chapter may split but for now we'll stick with Data, Engineering, and Product.
